Konfiguriranje naročniške centrale IP 3CX

Abstract

V diplomskem delu opisujemo konfiguriranje naročniške telefonske centrale 3CX kot učinkovitega telekomunikacijskega sistema za manjše podjetje. Centrala je nastavljena tako, da omogoča interne klice med zaposlenimi, kakor tudi povezavo s ponudnikom telefonije IP, kar omogoča dohodne in odhodne klice, vezane na številke ponudnika. V delu so najprej predstavljene funkcije, ki jih omogoča brezplačna različica 3CX-a. V nadaljevanju so opisane nastavitve terminalov ter vmesnikov PSTN in ISDN, ki smo jih uporabili, nato pa se osredotočimo na konfiguriranje same centrale. Na koncu prikazujemo in opisujemo grafe, ki nam jih je izrisal program Wireshark za primere klicev,kateri so bili izvedeni preko naše naročniške centrale.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma thesis we describe the configuring of 3CX public branch exchange as an efficient telecommunications system for small business. The exchange is set up to allow internal calls between employees as well as a connection to an IP telephony provider, thus enabling incoming and outgoing calls related to the telephone numbers of the provider. We first present the features offered by the free version of 3CX. Thereafter, we describe the settings of terminals and PSTN and ISDN interfaces we used, and then focus on the configuring of the exchange itself. At the end of the thesis we show and describe the graphs drawn by the Wireshark program for examples of calls that were made through our private branch exchange.
