Abstract
Novejši in uspešnejši managment je neuresničljiv brez razvijanja in vzdrževanja spretnosti in skrivnosti uspešnega managementa. Brez človeka in njegove popolne uporabnosti si ne moremo zamisliti sodobnega iznajdljivega in uspešnega managementa. Z možgani moramo razmišljati, sanjariti in ljubiti, ni dovolj da samo racionalno razmišljamo. V podjetju mora prevladovati ustvarjalna in brezpogojna ljubezen do sodelavcev, konkurence in zunanjih partnerjev. Konkurenca je zdrava. Sodelavce je potrebno voditi in pritegniti do skupnega cilja, ne pa uresničevanja idej managerjev. Samo komunikacijsko izobraženi in izurjeni managerji so lahko uspešni. Timsko vodenje in uspeh podjetja ni brez uspešnega tima, saj so podjetja tako kompleksna, da je čas individulanih managerjev minil. Sodelvce moramo znati zadržati in zadržimo jih lahko samo, če znamo in smo zmožni pozitivno aktivirati njihove možgane z ustvarjalno ljubeznijo.

Newer and more effective management is unrealistic without developing and maintaining the skills and secrets of successful management. Without people and their full usefulness we can not imagine a modern inventive and successful management. With brain we have to think, dream and love, it is not enough to just think rationally. In the company has dominated creative team and unconditional love to colleges, competition and external partners. Competition is healthy. Staff is required to keep and attract the common goal of realization of ideas rather than managers. Only communications educated and trained managers can be successful. Team management and the company's success in not without a successful team, company's are so complex, that the time of the individual manager is gone. We must learn to hold staff and retain them, only if we know and are able to positively activate their brains with creative love. |
