Abstract

V diplomskem delu je opisana izdelava orodja za brizganje plastičnega dela elementa armaturne plošče. Izdelave orodja sem se lotil sistematično; pregled začetne dokumentacije, analiza izdelka, iskanje idej, modeliranje sestavnih delov, izdelava in sestava orodja, testno brizganje izdelka, korekcije in kontrola kakovosti. Pri izdelavi orodja sem največ časa posvetil konstrukciji sestavnih delov, da so enostavni za izdelavo, kontrolo in montažo. Pri izdelavi orodja ni bilo večjih težav, le nekaj malenkosti, ki smo jih odpravili. Orodje se nahaja pri kupcu in deluje brezhibno.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis describes a production of a tool that is used for injection of a plastic part of the panel. The production was taken up systematically: examination of initial documentation, product analysis, search of ideas, modeling of component parts, manufacturing and composition of a tool, test spraying of a product, correction, and quality control. I devoted most of the time to the construction of component parts that are easy to manufacture, control and assembly. There were no major problems when making the tool, only a few things that had to be eliminated. Now, the tool is located at the customer and works flawlessly.
