Abstract

Za vsako podjetje pomeni razvoj elektronskega poslovanja preobrazbo poslovnega modela v elektronski poslovni model, kar pomeni da je za podjetje potrebna prenova že obstoječih poslovnih procesov. Elektronsko poslovanje zahteva inovativnost in prilagodljivost poslovnih procesov ter uporabo informacijske in telekomunikacijske tehnologije in prilagodljivih programskih rešitev. Za uvedbo elektronskega poslovanja mora organizacija temeljito prenoviti obstoječi informacijski sistem in razmišljati o nakupu nove informacijske tehnologije, saj bo lahko le tako elektronsko poslovanje potekalo nemoteno in bo imela organizacija oziroma podjetje možnost elektronskega prenosa podatkov. Podjetje Lancom d.o.o. skrbi za uvajanje sodobnih informacijskih sistemov v podjetja ter skrbi za njihovo nemoteno delovanje. V sodobnem času ima podjetje brez interneta zelo malo možnosti za uspešno uveljavljanje na trgu in tudi v konkurenci. Eden največjih izzivov za internet predstavlja njegova skokovita rast in posledično njegova preobremenjenost. Vse to zahteva večje zmogljivosti sistema za hitro prenašanje podatkov. Posledično poskušajo podjetja razvijati nove tehnologije, ki bodo omogočale hitrejši prenos podatkov. Udeleženci v procesu elektronskega poslovanja ne morejo delovati brez pravil, saj je zagotavljanje varnosti prvi korak pri vzpostavitvi zaupanja kot nepogrešljivega elementa elektronskega poslovanja. Potrebna je ustrezna zakonodaja, ki omogoča varno izvajanje elektronskega poslovanja, ne samo v posamezni državi, ampak tudi preko državnih meja. V Sloveniji se ta zakonodaja imenuje Zakon o elektronskem poslovanju in elektronskem podpisu.

Secondary abstract:	For each undertaking of the development of e-business transformation of the business model in e-business model, which means that the company needed to overhaul the existing business processes. Electronic commerce requires innovation and flexibility of business processes and use of information and telecommunications technologies and flexible software solutions.The introduction of e-commerce organization must thoroughly overhaul the existing information system and to think about purchasing a new information technology, as the only way to electronic commerce will be uninterrupted and will have an organization or company electronic data transfer capability. The company Lancom d.o.o. is responsible for the introduction of modern information systems in enterprises and ensure their smooth operation. In modern times the company without the internet has very little opportunity for successful market penetration and in competition. One of the biggest challenges for the Internet is its exponential growth and, consequently, his preoccupation. All this requires a higher system capacity for rapid data transfer. Consequently, companies are trying to develop new technologies that will enable faster data transfer. Participants in the process of e-business can not operate without rules, because the first step in ensuring safety is in building trust as an indispensable element of electronic commerce. Relevant legislation is needed to allow safe conduct of electronic commerce, not only within each country but also across national borders. In Slovenia, this law is called the Law on Electronic Commerce and Electronic Signature.
