Abstract

Predmet diplomskega dela je ugotavljanje vpliva geometrije valjčka na napetostno polje pri velikih aksialnih valjčnih ležajih. Predstavljen je numerični računski model, s katerim se lahko parametrično preučuje vpliv geometrije valjčka (profil, zaokrožitve) in spremenljive materialne lastnosti tečine (debelina prekaljene plasti) na napetostno polje v tečini velikega aksialnega ležaja.

Secondary abstract: The subject of this diploma work is to identify the impact of roller geometry on the stress field for large axial cylindrical roller bearings. A numerical calculation model is presented in order to parametrically examine the impact of roller geometry (profile, fillets), and variable material properties of raceway (case-hardened layer thickness) on the stress field in the raceway of the large thrust bearing.
