Delo avtomobilskega cenilca po prometni nesreči

Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja delo cenilca po škodnem dogodku oziroma prometni nesreči. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena statistika prometnih nesreč v Sloveniji v preteklem letu in kakšne so posledice nesreč. Predstavljeno je avtomobilsko zavarovanje, ki je potrebno, da se vozilo lahko vključi v promet in zavarovanje avtomobila, ki krije poškodovanje lastnega vozila za različne rizike. Večina diplomskega dela obravnava delo cenilca, njegove naloge in prijavo škodnega dogodka, bolj podrobno pa je opredeljeno delo cenilca, kadar je škoda prijavljena neposredno na oglednem mestu zavarovalnice. Delo cenilca se začne po ogledu poškodovanega vozila in nadaljuje z izdelavo zapisnika, ugotavljanjem temelja za izplačilo in nazadnje z izplačilom zavarovalnine/odškodnine. Ker pa smo v dobi informacijske tehnologije, se vse več škod prijavlja preko interneta. V primerih, ko predložena dokumentacija ni dovolj merodajna za izplačilo, se zahtevek zaključi z odklonitvijo ali sumom na goljufijo. Goljufije so lahko velik problem zavarovalnic in zato si zavarovalnice prizadevajo razkriti sume na goljufijo in ukrepati proti storilcem.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma is presenting the work of the valuer after loss event or an accident. The thesis presents the statistics of road accidents in Slovenia in the past year and what are the consequences of accidents. Presented is car insurance required to be included in vehicle traffic and car insurance to cover damage to your own vehicle to various risks. Most of the thesis considers the valuator's functions and expressions of loss event, and more precisely defined the work of the valuer when the damage is reported directly to the Preview site insurance. Work begins valuer after seeing damaged vehicle and continue to produce the minutes, determination and the basis for the last payment by the payment of insurance / compensation. Since we are in the information age, any more harm declare via the Internet. In cases where the documentation is not sufficiently significant for the payment of the application shall be completed by the refusal or suspicion of cheat. Cheats can be a major problem of insurance company and therefore we seek to disclose suspicions of cheat and to take action against perpetrators.
