Abstract

Slednje diplomsko delo obravnava umeščanje hiše eksperimentov na lokacijo v neposredni bližini industrijskega kompleksa Boris Kidrič z namenom, da se ta prostor ponovno oživi; z novo vsebino na obravnavani lokaciji. Predstavljen program dodatno bogati kulturno ponudbo mesta Maribor; v sklopu projekta Maribor EPK 2012 – Evropska prestolnica kulture. V nalogi je podan načrt v prihodnost usmerjenega scenarija prostorskega razvoja mesta. Diplomsko delo je zaključeno kot celota z urbanistično-arhitekturno zasnovo Hiše eksperimentov.

Secondary abstract: The present dissertation discusses the placing of the House of experiments to a location indirectly connected to the industrial complex Boris Kidrič with the purpose of reviving it with a new content. The following program additionally enriches the cultural range of the city of Maribor in assembly with the project of Maribor EPK 2012 – The European capital of culture. The thesis carries a future plan for the spatial development of the city. The dissertation is concluded by an urbanistic-architectural design of the House of experiments.
