Abstract

Uvedba ERP rešitve spada med najbolj stresne, tvegane dogodke v podjetju, saj posledično zahteva spremembe v samem poslovanju. Če se podjetja ne prilagodijo, stroški uvajanja narastejo. Uvedba ERP mora biti izredno premišljen, načrtovan projekt. Potrebno je imeti izdelano projektno taktiko in samo vodenje mora biti premišljeno in s pravo oblikovano skupino izkušenih ljudi. ERP se načrtuje dolgoročno z različnimi pristopi. Vodstvo podjetja se mora popolnoma vključiti v sam proces integracije v vseh fazah in podfazah uvedbe, saj le tako pride do uspešne uvedbe ERP rešitve, ki prinaša konkurenčno prednost pred drugimi.

Secondary abstract:	The implementation of ERP solution belongs to one of the most challenging, risky events in company, because it requires changes in business management. If companies do not ajust, the costs of implementation might increase. Therefore, ERP solution must be highly thoughtful, carefully planed project. It is necessery to have a project tactics made, and not only leadership must be carefull, but also must contain right group of experienced people. ERP is planed long-term with many different appoaches. Leadership of the company has to be completly involved in the process of integration in all phases and subphases of implementation, because only this way we get the successful implementation of ERP solution, which brings competitive advantage over others.
