Abstract

Danes organizacije govorijo o ljudeh kot o svojem največjem bogastvu. Le redke pa so tiste, ki to tudi upoštevajo. Večina jih je še vedno prepričanih, da ljudje bolj potrebujejo organizacijo kot ona njih. Dejstvo pa je, da morajo organizacije več časa posvetiti svojim zaposlenim, jih motivirati in poskrbeti, da se bodo počutili varni v svojem delovnem okolju, z veseljem opravljali svoje delo in jim dati možnost, da razvijajo svoj človeški potencial. Le tako bo organizacija uspešna in si tudi pridobila dolgoročno konkurenčno prednost. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu se nanaša na povezanost zaposlenih z delom in poistovetenje s podjetjem. Pri tem težijo k čim večji usklajenosti med svojimi željami in dejanskim stanjem. Prevelike razlike vodijo k težavam, stresu, frustraciji, ki so posledica nezadovoljstva zaposlenih pri delu. Spoznali smo, da lahko zaposleni dosegajo uspešnost in učinkovitost, če so ljudje v organizaciji zadovoljni. Organizacija je tako uspešna in učinkovita le, če so uspešni in učinkoviti njeni zaposleni.

Secondary abstract: Today organizations speak about people like they are its greatest wealth. But only few treat people like this. Most of them still believe that people need organization more then organization needs them. Fact is, that organizations need to take more time for employees, motivate them, make sure they feel safe in their working environment, so they will love the work they do and develop their full potential. Only like this can organization be successful on the long run and gain market advantage. Satisfaction of employees refers to connection of people and their work and how can they identify themselves with the company. They strive to maintain good “ratio” between wishes and current state. If differences are to great, they fell stressed and frustrated, which leads to unhappy employees. We discovered, that in order for employees to be successful at what they do, they have to be happy. This also stands for organization itself. In order to be successful it has to keep employees happy and satisfied, so they perform at their best.
