Abstract

Internet je najbolj dramatična stvar, ki se je zgodila na področju poslovanja in trženja. Z razvojem spletnega načina nakupovanja se je razvila popolnoma nova ekonomija, ki je nam poznana pravila postavila na glavo. Kupec je z razvojem spletnega trgovanja dejansko postal kralj, saj mu je na enem mestu, na dosegu roke zbrana vsa konkurenca in podrobne informacije glede izdelkov. Ampak največja revolucija pa je prišla, ko se je pojavilo elektronsko poslovanje. Elektronsko poslovanje, ki je splošno znano kot e-poslovanje, e-trgovina, se nanaša na nakup in prodajo proizvodov ali storitev preko elektronskih sistemov, kot sta internet in računalniška omrežja. Vendar pa se izraz nanaša na mnogo več, kot pa le na nakup in prodajo izdelkov preko spletnih mest. Prav tako vključuje vse aktivnosti, ki so povezane z razvojem podjetja, nabavo, prodajo, dostavo, servisiranjem in plačilom izdelkov in storitev. V nalogi sem se tako najbolj osredotočila na opisovanje spletne trgovine, elektronskega poslovanja in predstavitvijo spletnega mesta Mimovrste.com. Za podjetje, ki se ukvarja izključno z spletno prodajo, je zelo pomembno, da je v koraku s časom. Razvijati se mora v skladu z razvojem tehnologij in zahtevami uporabnikov. Naš cilj v diplomskem seminarju je tako predstavitev pomembnih elementov spletne prodaje, ki znatno vpliva na prodajo, hkrati pa z raziskavo ugotoviti, kaj je tisto kar ljudi prepriča v nakup preko spleta.

Secondary abstract: Internet is the most dramatic and exciting change happen in the field of business and trade. By evolution of e-shopping, entirely different economy has been developed which turned rules that we had know before, upside down. By development of e-shopping, a consumer actually became a king as in the same place, within reach of a hand, whole competition and detailed information about the products are assembled. But the biggest revolution become when we get electronic commerce. Electronic commerce, commonly known as e-commerce, e-Commerce or e-comm, refers to the buying and selling of products or services over electronic systems such as the Internet and other computer networks. However, the term may refer to more than just buying and selling products online. It also includes the entire online process of developing, marketing, selling, delivering, servicing and paying for products and services. In our seminar we are focused on online store, electronic commerce and online store Mimovrste.com. It is vital importance for an enterprise that deals exclusively with online sales to be in step with the time. It has to develop in accordance with development of tehnologies and users demands. Our goals in this seminar was to present the main elements of online sales that influence the sales substantially and determine by survey what exactly persuades people to make online shop.
