Abstract

V razmerah poslovanja, kakršni so današnji, so podjetja nenehno izpostavljena procesom prilagajanja. Skozi življenje podjetja spreminjajo svojo velikost, organizacijo, cilje, strategijo, itd. Vsaka faza rasti in razvoja podjetja je sestavljena iz številnih različnih karakteristik, ki so značilne za določeno razvojno stopnjo. Različni modeli rasti in razvoja podjetja pa podjetju omogočajo lažji prehod iz ene v drugo fazo. Med raziskavo in proučevanjem rasti in razvoja podjetja BSH Hišni aparati d.o.o. smo spoznali, kako pomembno je, da se podjetje razvija in raste v časih, kot so danes. Podjetja so tiste organizacije, ki nam omogočajo zaposlitev, boljše življenje in ne nazadnje tudi preživetje. Pri pisanju diplomskega seminarja smo ob preučevanju modelov rasti in razvoja podjetja spoznali razsežnosti in kompleksnosti procesa rasti in razvoja podjetja in področja, v katerem delujejo.

Secondary abstract:	In situations such as todays, business enterprises are constantly exposed to the process of adaptation. Throughout the life, companies are changing their size, organization, objectives, strategy, etc. Each stage of growth and development of the company consists of many different characteristics that are specific to a certain stage of development. Different models of growth and development of the company allow the firm to facilitate the transition from one phase to another. During the survey and study of growth and development of BSH Home Appliances d.o.o., we discovered how important it is that the company develops and grows in times as they are today. Companies are organizations that enable us work, a better life and last but not least, survival. When writing this thesis and through studying models of growth and development of companies, we realized the scale and complexity of the process of growth and development of businesses and areas in which they operate.
