diplomsko delo
Abstract
V mojem diplomskem delu je zajeto nekaj o razvoju NC-tehnologije, navedeni so sodobni trendi NC-programiranja, v zaključku pa sem zapisal nekaj o mojem videnju razvoja programiranja v prihodnosti.
V diplomskem delu sem opisal kako najprej nastane računalniški model, katerega izdelamo v programu SolidWorks, in ga nato v programu EdgeCam generiramo, da dobimo uporabno NC kodo, katera se potem prenese na obdelovalni stroj. Brez računalniške podpore bi bilo bistveno težje izdelati kakšen model, kateri je bolj kompleksen, saj je pisanje NC kode ročno zelo zamudno, v nekaterih primerih pa jo je tudi nemogoče napisati, saj se v današnjih časih uporabljajo tudi petosni stroji za izdelavo ali pa sodobni roboti. Z računalniško podprtim programiranjem povečujemo produktivnost in s tem tudi vplivamo na organizacijo procesov, kot so npr. hitra menjava serij, izdelava prototipov.

In my diploma paper I captured something about the development of NC technology. There are indicated contemporary trends of NC programming and in conclusion I mentioned my vision of development of programming in the future.
In my diploma paper I firstly described how can we manufacture the computer model which is made by SolidWorks programme and is generated in EdgeCam programme, that we can get useful NC code, which is afterwards transmitted on the processing machine. Without computer support it would be fundamentally harder making that kind of model, which would be more complex, because nowadays the writing of NC code by hand is very time-consuming; in some cases it is actually impossible to write. The reason is in the use of five axis machines for the production or in modern robots. With computer supported programming we increase productivity and influence on organization of processes, such as rapid series exchange or production of prototypes |
