Abstract

Diplomsko delo je nastalo s področja merjenja skupne učinkovitosti opreme v proizvodnem procesu. Ta metoda se je razvila v 90 – tih letih, ko so se najboljša podjetja zavedala, da je za povečanje konkurenčnosti potrebno nenehno izboljševati proizvodne procese in z medsebojno primerjavo meriti konkurenčnost na trgu. Uporablja se za spremljanje in analiziranje vseh zastojev v proizvodnih procesih v realnem času. Podatke največkrat zbirajo operaterji s pomočjo preglednic, zato so rezultati zbranih podatkov velikokrat odvisni od subjektivne ocene operaterja in organizacijske kulture v podjetju. Cilj diplomskega dela je bila uvedba avtomatskega zajemanja podatkov o zastojih na izbranem tiskarskem stroju MPS EP 410/8, kar smo izvedli z uporabo komercialne mobilne naprave za zajem podatkov. Na napravo smo priključili vhodni digitalni signal, ki nam daje podatek o stanju stroja – stroj je v obratovanju in stroj stoji. Na osnovi ročno zbranih podatkov o zastojih smo izdelali klasifikacijo zastojev, ki smo jih ustrezno sprogramirali in namestili v mobilno napravo Master IV. Ko naprava v realnem času dobi informacijo, da se je stroj ustavil mora operater v napravo vnesti bistveni podatek zakaj stroj stoji. Za vnos podatkov lahko koristi le predhodno vnesene vzroke. Na tak način se izognemo subjektivnim ocenam operaterja in ga prisilimo v realno vnašanje podatkov saj imamo napravo dnevno pod nadzorom preko interneta. Če dobimo podatek, da stroj stoji, zraven pa operater ni zabeležil vzroka ga lahko pobaramo, da ne izpolnjuje delovnih obveznosti. Hkrati ga seznanimo z rezultati analize in ko ugotovi, da veliko vzrokov za zastoje ni povzročil on, temveč so posledica slabe organizacijske kulture, kmalu vnos podatkov vzame resno saj ugotovi, da ga lahko zaščitijo. S takšnim načinom zajemanja proizvodnih podatkov in izračunom skupne učinkovitosti opreme smo vodstvu podjetja zagotovili kakovostne informacije o stanju in dogajanju v proizvodnji, ki jih lahko uporabljajo za nadaljnje strateško vodenje in razvoj proizvodnje.

Secondary title: Implementation of automatic overall equipment effectiveness measurement into a production process
Secondary abstract: The following diploma work has been written in the field of overall equipment effectiveness measurement in a production process. This method was developed in the 1990’s, when successful companies began to realise that in order to increase competitiveness, it is necessary to constantly optimise production processes and also to use comparative analysis to measure competitiveness on the market. The method is used to monitor and analyse all production process standstills in real-time. This data is usually collected by machine operators which use tables to document the data. Consequently the results of obtained data usually depend on a subjective mark made by the operator and on the organisational culture in the company itself. The goal of this diploma work was to implement automatic data collecting about standstills on a chosen printing machine, type MPS EP 410/8, which was accomplished by using a commercial mobile data collecting device. We connected a digital input signal on the device, which would give us information about the status of the machine – “the machine is operational” or “the machine is standing still”. We created a classification of the machine standstills which was based on the manually collected data. We then used this classification to create suitable programmes which were uploaded into the mobile device Master IV. When the device receives real-time information that the machine has stopped, the machine operator must input the crucial information about the cause of the machine standstill into the device. The operator can only use preliminarily set causes. In this way subjective marks made by the operator can be avoided and the operator forced into a real-time data input as the device is constantly controlled over the internet. If we receive information that the machine is standing still, and the operator hasn’t inputted the cause of the standstill, then we can warn the operator about not fulfilling his working obligations. We can also show the operator the results of the analysis and when he finds out that most machine standstills were not his fault, but were a result of the poor organisational culture of the company, he soon begins to take the data input seriously because he knows that it can protect him. By implementing this method of collecting production data and calculating the overall equipment effectiveness, we have supplied the company’s management with good quality information about the status and events in production, which can be used for further strategic company management and production development.
