Destrnik: lokalno središče s stanovanjskim nizom

Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava podeželje Destrnik, kjer oblikujemo središče vasi s stanovanjskim nizom. V prvem sklopu obravnavamo teoretična izhodišča v splošnem, kjer se ukvarjamo o razvoju podeželja in urbano strukturo ter arhitekturno tipologijo. Opravljene so analize širšega in ožjega prostora območja obdelave. Ugotovljene so velikosti, oblike, širša opremljenost območja ter podani specifični vzroki za določen objekt. Na podlagi analiz smo zasnovali koncept enodružinskih hiš in jih v kontekstu umestili na parcelo. V drugem sklopu projektiramo središče Desternika na urbanistični ravni, med tem ko se arhitekturno posvetimo stanovanjskemu nizu. Stanovanjski niz vsebuje pet enodružinskih hiš za katere smo pripravili idejne načrte. Izhodiščno točko programa večnamenskega objekta in oblikovanje trga v središču vasi predstavlja prostor, kar pomeni, da so upoštevane naravne značilnosti in grajena struktura Destrnika.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma thesis deals with rural Destrnik, where we form the center of the village with a series of individual housing. The first part is addressed to general theoretical frameworks, which are working on rural development and urban structure and architectural typology. Analysis of the macro and micro location was made. It identifies the size, shape, and specific reasons for the design. Based on the analysis, we developed the concept for the single-family houses and placed them in the context of the plot. In the second part we are designing the center Desternika on a urban scale, while the housing series is planned to architectural detail. The housing set consist of five singlefamily houses for which we have prepared conceptual designs. Starting point of the program and the creation of a multi-purpose facility on open space in the heart of the village is the space, which means that it takes into account the natural features and built structures of Destrnik.
