Oblikovanje delovnega mesta konvencionalne stružnice z upoštevanjem antropometrije

Abstract

Uvajanje ergonomskih načel v proizvodne procese ima v današnjem času pri ohranjanju stika s konkurenco pomembno vlogo. Prilagajanje dela in delovnih mest človeškim lastnostim, predvsem fizičnim, vendar tudi psihičnim, ne le veča zadovoljstvo zaposlenih zaradi olajšanega dela, temveč tudi izboljšuje njihovo učinkovitost pri delu ter zmanjšuje možnost poškodb. Diplomsko delo prikazuje primer uvajanja teh načel v podjetje Orodjarstvo Mihael Gašperič s.p., kjer smo obstoječe delovno mesto konvencionalne stružnice s pomočjo ergonomskih metod analizirali ter zanj pripravili predloge izboljšav. Kot rezultat naloge je s pomočjo programa Catia V5 nastalo novo, ergonomsko izboljšano delovno mesto, s katerim bi podjetje ob morebitni ureditvi pridobilo marsikatero korist pri boju s konkurenco za osvojitev trga.

Secondary abstract:	Introducing ergonomic principles into production processes is very important for keeping in contact with competition nowadays. Adapting work and work places to human characteristics, especially physical, but also mental, not only increases employees' satisfaction facilitating their work, but also improves their efficiency at work and decreases the possibility of injuries. Diploma thesis represents an example of introducing those principles in the company Orodjarstvo Mihael Gašperič s.p., where we analyzed an existing work place of a conventional lathe with the help of ergonomic methods and prepared proposals for its improvement. As a result of this task a new ergonomically improved work place arose with help of Catia V5 software, with which, if possibly rearranged, the company would benefit in beating its competition to conquest the market.
