Abstract

V diplomi je prikazano projektirano pnevmatsko krmilje, ki bo vodeno preko krmilnika Allen Bradley. Stroj je namenjen za proizvodnjo avtoplaščev visokih zmogljivosti – hitrostni razred H in V ter W, velikosti od 15" do 21". Uporabljene komponente morajo biti po specifikacijah naročnika, in sicer od proizvajalcev FESTO ali PARKER, oz. drugih v primeru, da prej omenjena ne ponujata potrebnih komponent. Pri izbiri ustreznih komponent pa je poleg specifikacije uporabnika potrebno upoštevati tudi konstrukcijske omejitve. Krmilje bo projektirano in simulirano v programu Automation Studio 5.7.

Secondary title: Automation of a special machine for tire industry
Secondary abstract: This thesis presents pneumatic schemes for the tire machine, that will be driven with an Allen Bradly controller. The machine will be made to produce high performance tires – Speed class H, V and W, in size range from 15” to 21”. The components used has to be according to the specification from a subscriber. They has to be from manufacturers FESTO or PARKER, or any other if previously mentioned manufacturers do not offer the necessary components. When selecting components, in addition to customer specifications I need to consider also the design limitations. Pneumatic schemes will be designed and simulated in the application called Automation Studio 5.7.
