Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek konstruiranja mehanizma za utrujanje sedeža Sitty. Gre za preklopni sedež, ki se po uporabi samodejno vrne v prvotni položaj in s tem razbremeni okoliški prostor. Ker bo izdelek namenjen širšemu trgu, se pojavi potreba po testiranju le-tega. Najprej je pojasnjen izbor konstrukcijske izvedbe, v nadaljevanju pa sledi še izbira posameznih komponent testnega mehanizma. Cilj konstruiranja je bil pridobitev tehniške dokumentacije za izdelavo mehanizma. Pri procesu konstruiranja so bile uporabljene tako analitične metode, izražene v obliki preračunov, kot tudi uporaba modernih inženirskih orodij, kar je zajeto v modeliranju in tehniškem risanju. Zadani cilj je bil dosežen, tako da bo mehanizem dejansko izveden.

Secondary title: Design of mechanism for fatigue testing of the seat Sitty
Secondary abstract: This diploma work presents the design of the mechanism for fatigue testing of the seat Sitty. It is a switching seat, which is after use automatically returned to its original position, thus relieving the surrounding area. Since the product is intended for a broader market, there is a need for its testing. First, we explain the idea of the design and then we justify choices of individual components of the testing mechanism. The main goal was to obtain the technical documentation for the mechanism. In the design process analytical methods were used, expressed in the form of calculations, as well as modern engineering tools, which is accounted for in modelling and drawings. The main goal was reached and the mechanism will be actually manufactured.
