Abstract

Vgradno stikalo SV je elektrotehnični izdelek podjetja ETI Elektroelement d.d. V izvorni izvedbi je omogočeno le ročno preklapljanje stikala, pojavila pa se je zahteva po izdelavi stikala z daljinskim izklopom. Obstoječi vklopno-izklopni mehanizem je zato potrebno analizirati in ga na podlagi ugotovitev prilagoditi delovanju daljinskega sprožnika ter preveriti možnosti montaže. V diplomskem delu so prikazani bistveni elementi izvornega in prilagojenega mehanizma, opisano je delovanje stikala v povezavi s sprožnikom. Rezultati rekonstrukcije so podprti s preračuni, ki potrjujejo ustreznost delov mehanizma, kar pomeni izpolnitev zastavljenih ciljev.

Secondary title: Build-in switch SV reconstruction with optional mounting of remote trigger
Secondary abstract: SV build-in switch is an electrical product of ETI Elektroelement d.d. In the original switch only manual switching is possible. Due to a demand this switch should be able to be turned off remotely. Therefore, the existing switch mechanism has to be analyzed and adjusted to the remote trigger. Mounting possibilities also have to be considered. In the diploma work crucial elements of the original and adjusted mechanism as well as the description of the operation process of the switch connected to the remote trigger have been presented. Reconstruction results are supported by associated calculations confirming the correct choice of mechanism parts and accomplishment of requested goals.
