Abstract

V diplomskem delu je zajeta zgodovina in razvoj NC-tehnologije, navedene so sodobne možnosti programiranja ter opis kako priti od zamisli na papirju do realnega izdelka. Tehnološko dovršeni programski paketi za samodejno programiranje delujejo na podlagi različnih strategij. Diplomsko delo govori o računalniškem programiranju vse od 3D-modela, ki ga pripravimo v programu SolidWorks, do simulacije in NC-kode, ki pa jo dobimo z uporabo programa EdgeCam. Le z dobro izobraţenimi in usposobljenimi strokovnjaki dosežemo večjo izkoriščenost strojev in boljšo organiziranost proizvodnje. Kot pripomoček so nam programi s sodobnimi moduli.

Secondary abstract: The study has included history and development of NC technology, referred to as modern programming options and a description of how to get ideas on paper to the real product. The sophisticated software packages for automatic programming function based on different strategies. The study is about computer programmings since the 3D models, which is prepared in the program SolidWorks, to simulation and generate NC code that is obtained with using EdgeCam. We can only with well-educated and trained expert to achieve greater utilization of machinery and better organization of production. As a help we have programs with different modules.
