Abstract
V diplomskem delu je obravnavana določitev procesnih značilnosti aeracijskega mešala in tematika mešanja kapljevina-plin. Prav tako je opisan postopek izdelave aeracijskega sistema merilne postaje za merjenje navora v primeru aeracije v mešalni posodi.
V uvodnem poglavju je predstavljena problematika pri mešamnju zmesi kapljevina-plin, opis plinsko-kapljevinske mešalne posode in tematika razprševanja plina v kapljevini.
V poglavju 2 je pregled stanja obravnavane tematike, ki mu sledi poglavje 3 v katerem so teoretične osnove in empirični izrazi za zasnovo ter preračun aeracijskega sistema. Kateremu sledi zasnova in preračun veličin sistema, z grafičnimi predstavitvami rezultatov dobljenih na osnovi empiričnih izrazov, v poglavju 4.
V petem poglavju je opis celotne merilne proge, izdelava razpršilnih obročev in določitev obratovalnih parametrov.
Zadnje poglavje zajema rezultate meritev, grafično predstavitev le-teh in tudi razlago dobljenih rezultatov.

Process characteristics determination for aeration mixer |
Secondary abstract: |
The thesis dealt with determination of the procedural characteristics of aeration mixer and theme of mixing liquid-gas fluids. It also describes the manufacturing process of aeration measuring station for measuring the torque in the case of aeration in the mixing bowl.
The introduction chapter presents the problems in a liquid-gas mixing, gas-liquid mixing vessel and dispersion gas into the liquid.
In Chapter 2 is an overview of the status of the topic, followed by Chapter 3 in which the theoretical and empirical expressions for design and calculation of aeration system. At next come design and calculation of quantities of the system, with graphical presentation of the results obtained in empirical terms in Chapter 4.
In the fifth chapter is a description of the whole measurement route, making spargers and determine the operating parameters.
The final chapter covers the results of measurements, a graphical representation of these, and also the interpretation of the results. |
