Abstract
Elektronsko poslovanje zahteva upoštevanje osnovnih pravil in ustrezno preoblikovanje organizacije poslovanja. Zelo pomembne so tudi inovativnost in pripravljenost na spremembe ter hitra odzivnost. Podjetja, ki se hitro odzovejo na zahteve svojih strank, so uspešnejša. Zanimanje za elektronsko poslovanje oziroma za e-poslovanje se v Sloveniji z leti povečuje. Elektronsko poslovanje se nenehno spreminja in posamezniki imamo vedno več storitev, ki so nam ponujene. Ne bo nam treba čakati v dolgih vrstah na upravnih enotah, tako bomo prihranili na času in denarju. Javna uprava se iz obdobja v obdobje trudi, da bi se prilagodila svojim uporabnikom ter njihovim potrebam. Zato je v letu 2001 vzpostavila prvi državni portal e-uprava. Ta storitev je na voljo uporabnikom kadarkoli jo želijo uporabiti. Je enostavna, prijazna, varna in seveda vsem dostopna. Nudi informacije, za katere nam ni potrebno vzeti pot pod noge in se odpraviti na upravno enoto, ampak imamo vse informacije na enem mestu in to kadarkoli. Seveda pod pogojem, da imamo internet.
E-uprava v Sloveniji narašča. Razširjenost dostopa do interneta kot tudi do širokopasovnega dostopa je primerljiva s povprečjem Evropske unije. Na področju dostopnosti storitev javne uprave pa Slovenije dosega zelo dobre rezultate.
Elektronsko poslovanje v javni upravi bo še naraščalo ob pomoči telekomunikacijskih infrastruktur in širjenju informacijskih tehnologij. Akcijski načrt e-uprave, SEP 2010, ki omogoča razvoj centralnih funkcij in storitev, bo prispeval k nadaljnjemu razvoju e-uprave. Pozitivni učinki, ki jih prinaša e-uprava (kot so nižji stroški, krajše čakalne vrste ipd.), prispevajo k večjemu številu zadovoljnih uporabnikov. E-upravo čaka svetla prihodnost.

Electronic commerce requires the consideration of basic rules and the proper transformation of business organization. The innovations, a willingness to change and a quick response are also very important. Companies that respond quickly to the requests of its clients tend to be more successful. Interest in electronic commerce or e-commerce in Slovenia grows with each year. Electronic commerce is constantly changing and it so offers more and more services. We will not have to wait in queues at administrative units, so we will save time and money. Public administration is constantly trying to adapt to its users and their needs. In 2001 it established the first national e-government portal. This service is available to the users at all times. It is simple, friendly, safe and of course accessible to all. It provides the information for which we do not need to put our best foot forward and head for the closest administrative unit, because all the information are available to us in one place and at any time. If we have the internet access, of course.
E-government in Slovenia is increasing. The prevalence of the internet access and the broadband access is comparable with the European Union average. As far as the accessibility of government services goes, Slovenia has achieved some very good results.
Electronic commerce in public administration will continue to grow with the assistance of the telecommunication infrastructures and the proliferation of information technologies. The action plan for e-government, SEP 2010, that allows the development of the central functions and services, will contribute to the further development of e-government. The positive effects brought about by the e-government (such as lower costs, shorter waiting queues etc.) contribute to a greater number of satisfied users. E-government awaits bright future. |
