Secondary abstract: | The purpose of this thesis is to present automation of aluminium coil preparation station before rolling in the installation Valjarna of the company Impol Ltd. The necessary hardware was chosen based on the analysis of certain parts of the station. The automation process was carried out using WSCAD software with which we draw electrical schemes. In the development environment SIMATIC STEP 7 a program for the station operation and management was written and the control panel was graphically equipped with WinCC Flexible program. The start-up and testing were carried out and the device was also put into operation. |
