Abstract

Cestno križišče mora nuditi varno, udobno, hitro in ekonomično križanje, prepletanje, združevanje ali cepljenje prometnih tokov različnih udeležencev v prometu. K rekonstrukciji križišča je potrebno pristopiti po ugotovitvi, ko le-to ne ustreza več zahtevanim kriterijem. In sicer takrat, ko se v križišču pojavijo zastoji, kolone ali se poveča število prometnih nesreč. Za rešitev nastale situacije je potrebno najprej izdelati strokovno študijo primernosti izvedbe. In sicer je za objektivno presojo potrebno pripraviti vsaj dve možni varianti projektnih rešitev. Pri obeh variantah rešitve projekta se primerja gradbeno-tehnične, prometno-ekonomske ter okoljske parametre ter prostorske in prometno-varnostne pogoje. Pri izdelavi študije primernosti izvedbe križišča je potrebno slediti določenim splošnim strokovnim smernicam, vendar je vsako križišče problem zase in ga je potrebno kot takega tudi samostojno obravnavati. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena presoja možnih rešitev ureditve križišča Ravne kino, ki mora zagotavljati potrebno prometno prepustnost, zagotavljati mora ustrezno raven prometne varnosti za vse prisotne udeležence v prometu, mora biti ustrezno umeščena v prostor, stroški izvedbe morajo biti v sorazmerju z zahtevanim standardom. Prikazan je postopek planiranja rekonstrukcije obstoječega nivojskega križišča z opisom obstoječega stanja križišča, analizo prometne varnosti, analizo prepustnosti obstoječega križišča in naprej izbiro možnih rešitev rekonstrukcije v krožno križišče in semaforizirano križišče z preveritvijo globalnih kriterijev za presojo upravičenosti izvedbe.

Secondary abstract: Street intersection must provide a safe, comfortable, fast and economical crossing, interlacing, combining or splitting traffic flows of different road users. The reconstruction of the intersection is to be approached by when the intersection no longer meets the required criteria. Namely when traffic jams appear all the time or the number of traffic accidents increases. To solve this situation it is necessary to establish the suitability of an expert study execution. In order to be objective at least two possible variants of intersection design solutions are necessary. In both versions, the project solution is compared through construction-technical, transport-economic and environmental parameters but also spatial and traffic safety conditions. In the study of suitability of the intersection performance it is necessary following certain general technical guidance, but take into consideration that each intersection is different and should be considered on its own. The thesis presents an assessment of possible solutions for reconstruction of intersection Ravne kino, which must provide the necessary traffic permeability, provide the appropriate level of road safety for all present road users, should be suitable placed in space, the costs of the project must be proportional with the required standards. It represents the process of planning the reconstruction of the existing level crossing with a description of the current state of the intersection, traffic safety analysis, analysis of the permeability of the existing crossing and selection of potential solutions to the reconstruction of the roundabout and traffic lights crossing with the global verification of criteria eligibility for the assessment of crossing realization.
