Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava vplive vremena in z njim povezanimi vplivi na porabo električne energije. Najprej so predstavljeni vremenski pojavi in kako jih merimo. Nadalje je narejena analiza med merilnimi podatki porabe električne energije v primerjavi z izmerjeno temperaturo za lokacijo Celje. Vse te analize in rezultati analiz bodo služili kot pripomoček pri napovedovanju porabe električne energije. V drugem delu pa je še narejena analiza določitve diagrama porabe električne energije odjemalcev javne razsvetljave na osnovi določitve dolžine dneva oz. noči. Narejene so bile tudi meritve na terenu na merilnem mestu porabnika javne razsvetljave in primerjava teh podatkov s podatki pridobljenimi na osnovi dolžine dneva oz. noči.

Secondary title: Influence of the weather on electricity consumption
Secondary abstract: The diploma work deals with influences of weather conditions and influences on electricity consumption that are connected to it. First of all meteorological phenomenon is presented and how it can be measured. Furthermore analyses of measurement data of electricity consumption in comparison to registered temperature for Celje location are being done. All the analyses and its results will serve as accessory to predict the electricity consumption. The second part consists of electricity consumption diagram definition and its analyses. Clients of public street lighting based on day and night duration are included. Field measurements on the measuring place of public street lighting clients and comparison of these data to those based on the day and night duration have also been done.
