Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo spoznali vzpostavitev in razvoj samodejnega klicnega sistema s pomočjo računalniške hišne telefonske centrale Asterisk in medijske platforme Voxeo Prophecy. Po opisu uporabljenih tehnologij in stroškovni analizi hišne rešitve in rešitve v gostovanju v prvih poglavjih, smo v nadaljevanju predstavili vzpostavitev in izdelavo IVR aplikacije, ki nam omogoča obveščanje naročnikov o neporavnanih obveznostih. V diplomskem delu smo ugotovili, upoštevajoč stroške nakupa strojne in programske opreme ter telekomunikacijske stroške, da je ekonomsko ugodnejša uporaba hišne različice sistema.

Secondary abstract:	The purpose of this thesis is to present an overview of the setup and implementation of Automatic Calling Systems using Asterisk PBX and the Voxeo Prophecy platform. A description of the various technologies is followed by a price comparison of cloud based (hosted) versus in-house options of Outbound IVR solutions. Furthermore, the configuration steps and implementation of the IVR application are considered. In conclusion, considering hardware and software costs and telecommunication expenses, it is economically more efficient to implement an in-house installation of outbound IVR.
