Abstract

Osrednja tema diplomske naloge je sodobni umetniški film. Naloga se osredotoči na dokumentarizem, ki se v umetniškem filmu pojavlja kot eden od sodobnih trendov. Diplomsko delo obsega tako teoretični kot empirični del. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen hollywoodski film, umetniški film, ameriški neodvisni film ter trend dokumentarizma. Empirični del vsebuje analizo filma Otožno valentinovo (Derek Cianfrance, 2010).
