diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa
Abstract
V podjetju Kovinoplastika Povše, s. p., smo že nekaj let izdelovali izdelek gred reduktorja z zobnikom. Te gredi se uporabljajo za montažo reduktorjev, namenjenih za proizvodnjo paličnih mešalnikov. Ker je v zadnjem času tržišče le-teh naraslo, smo se v podjetju odločili za nakup kartezičnega linearnega robota Wemo. Gredi je pri sedanjih, manjših količinah v sam stroj vstavljal človek (dve izmeni), vendar zaradi povečanega naročila, humanizacije dela in povečanja povpraševanja s trga nismo dosegali želenih norm. Robot je namenjen vstavljanju gredi v brizgalni stroj za brizganje plastike in pobiranje izbrizganih gredi iz samega stroja. Na ta način smo premestili delavca na drugo ergonomsko delovno mesto, zmanjšali ciklus brizganja, kar pomeni poleg večizmenskega dela tudi povečanje količine želenih izdelkov.

Secondary abstract: |
The company Kovinoplastika Povše has manufactured a product a shaft of the gearbox sprocket for several years. These shafts are used for mounting gearboxes intended for the production of bar mixers. We decided to buy a Cartesian linear robot Wemo, because the market of bar mixers grew-up. Till now, we’ve had a worker (two shifts) for inserting the shaft, but because of increase of orders, humanization of the work and the increase of demand from the market, we haven’t achieved the desired norms. The robot is designed to insert a shaft into the injection molding machines for plastic injection and recovery of injected beam outside the machine itself. In this way, we could relocate the worker to the other ergonomic workplace, reduce molding cycle, which means in addition more shift work and also increase the amount of the desired product. |
