Abstract

V diplomskem delu je opisan sistem ogrevanja, hlajenja in prezračevanja in princip njihovega delovanja. Podan je opis delovanja sistema geosonda in akumuliranje toplote v jedru betona. Izvedena je analiza dejanskih rezultatov meritev ogrevanja in hlajenja in izračun prihrankov pri energetsko varčni gradnji glede na klasičen način gradnje, brez uporabe obnovljivih virov energije in učinkovite uporabe energije. Na osnovi izračunanih prihrankov energije je izračunana dejanska vračilna doba investicije.

Secondary abstract: Diploma thesis describes a heating, cooling system, ventilation and the principle of their operation. It also includes the description of geosonda functioning and accumulation of heat in the core of the concrete. We performed an analysis of the actual results of measurements for heating and cooling. We also made a calculation of savings in energy efficient construction based on the classic method of construction, without the use of renewable energies and without the efficient use of energy. We calculated the actual return of the investment based on the calculated energy savings.
