Abstract
V diplomskem seminarju smo predstavili podjetje REMF d. o. o kot podjetje z dolgoletno tradicijo in močnimi koreninami na tržišču. Nadaljevali smo s proučitvijo upravljanja in vodenja podjetja REMF d. o. o., kjer smo predstavili vodilne v podjetju REMF d. o. o. in razporeditev vodilnih zaposlenih po zadolžitvah.
Predstavili smo njihovo dosedanjo politiko podjetja, za katero smo ugotovili, da je zelo natančno opredeljena in časovno ter številčno določena ter predlagali novo, dopolnjeno politiko podjetja REMF d. o. o.
Ker je za dobro zastavljeno politiko podjetja pomembno poznavanje prednosti in slabosti podjetja, kot tudi priložnosti in nevarnosti zanj, smo le-te tudi opredelili in pri tem upoštevali ekološko, tehnično-tehnološko, ekonomsko in družbeno-politično, kulturno in socialno okolje, ter kot bistveno sestavino okolja podjetja, kjer smo se osredotočili na oskrbni in prodajni trg. V nalogi smo opredelili vrednote podjetja na podlagi dvanajstih Ulrichovih dejavnikov, s pomočjo katerih smo na podlagi lastnega opazovanja in vpetosti v delovanje podjetja REMF d. o. o. naredili profil sistema vrednot. Vse opredeljeno smo uporabili kot izhodišče za planiranje prihodnje politike podjetja REMF d. o. o.

Secondary abstract: |
We presented the company REMF Ltd. as a company with a long tradition and a strong position at the marketplace. We looked closely at the administration and the management of REMF Ltd., and then more specifically at the leaders and the distribution of leading employees’ assignments.
We presented their existing company policy, which we found to be very precise and numerically determined and then we proposed a new, updated company policy.
After proposing the new well-defined company policy, we realized how important it is to know the strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats. We also took into account the ecological, technological, economical and social environmental factors. We didn’t forget the market, as an essential element of business environment, where we focused on the supply and sales market. In this work we have defined the values of company on the basis of the twelve Ulrich factors by which we planned and created a profiling system of values. We used all of these determining factors to plan the new company policy for REMF Ltd. |
