Abstract

Skozi čas so se potrebe ljudi spremenile, kar je vplivalo tudi na gradbeništvo. Naseljenost mest in vsakodnevne migracije z osebnimi avtomobili so privedle k potrebi po čim večjih parkirnih površinah v bližini poslovnih objektov. Najprimernejša rešitev tovrstnega problema je izkop gradbene jame ter izgradnja podzemnih garaž z več etažami, ki jo je potrebno ustrezno varovati pred porušitvijo. Diplomsko delo opisuje različne metode varovanja gradbenih jam večjih globin v Sloveniji in preučuje varovanje gradbene jame Garažna hiša Union, krajše GH Union. Preučitev vsebuje opis gradbene jame, določitev varovanja slednje in kontrolo stabilnosti izbranega varovanja. Le-ta je izvedena z računalniškima programoma Larix 5 in Plaxis 3D. Rezultati kontrolnih stabilnostnih analiz kažejo, da je varovanje možno izvesti s sidrano jet-grouting steno, ki se je v obravnavanem primeru izkazalo kot najbolj ekonomičen in kljub temu dovolj varen način varovanja zelo zahtevnega in globokega izkopa v urbanem okolju.

Secondary title: Protection of the excavation pit GH Union
Secondary abstract: Human needs have changed with time, which has influenced many professions, among them civil engineering. Overpopulation of towns and daily migrations with automobiles has caused a lack of space and a need for bigger parking areas around buldings. The most suitable solution to that problem is a deep excavation pit with underground floors, intended for parking garages, which has to be appropriately protected against the failure. This thesis describes different methods of the protection of the excavation pits of greater depths in Slovenia and studies the protection of the excavation pit GH Union (parking garage Union). The study includes a description of the mentioned excavation pit, how this protection was determined as well as its control. This is executed with computer programmes Larix 5 and Plaxis 3D. The results of stability analysis show that this protection can be executed with anchored yet-grouting wall. This kind of protection is in this case the most economical and enough safe method for protecting a very complexed deep excavation in urban surroundings.
