Abstract
Pretočnost oziroma prepustnost križišča je ključnega pomena pri izbiri tipa križišča v fazi načrtovanja. Pogosto se srečujemo z izbiro med izgradnjo semaforiziranega križišča in krožnega križišča. Da bi sprejeli pravilno odločitev, moramo preučiti, katera možnost zagotavlja večjo pretočnost.
V diplomski nalogi smo med seboj primerjali prepustnost obstoječega štirikrakega semaforiziranega križišča pri nakupovalnem centru Qlandia Krško ter dveh predlaganih rešitev, in sicer obstoječega križišča s preurejenimi časovnimi intervali semaforizacijskega sistema in krožnega križišča.
Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na tri dele. Prvi del zajema teoretične osnove o križiščih in prometnih tokovih v križiščih. V drugem delu sledita posnetek obstoječega stanja in analiza rezultatov anketnega vprašalnika, s katerim smo pridobili mnenje uporabnikov o obravnavanem križišču. V zadnjem, tretjem delu pa so podane možne rešitve oziroma predlogi za izboljšanje pretočnosti križišča.

Flow capacity of intersection is key meaning at choice of type of intersection in phase of planning. We are often faced with a choice between building a signalised intersection and roundabouts. In order to take a proper decision, we must consider which option provides better flow junction.
In this thesis, we compared the traffic flow of existing four-leg signalised intersection at shopping center Qlandia Krško and two proposed solutions, namely the existing crossroads with the rearranged intervals of traffic lights and roundabouts.
The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part covers the theoretical basis of the intersections and the traffic flow at intersections. The second part describes the current situation and results of a questionnaire, with which we found out the opinion of users of this signalised intersection. In the third part are given possible solutions or suggestions for improving the existing traffic capacity. |
