Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen hidrometeorološki potencial Črne gore, izkoriščanje vodnih virov črnogorskih rek za proizvodnjo električne energije. Podrobneje je obravnavan severni del Črne gore, majhni vodotoki na področju občine Pljevlja. Poseben poudarek je na potoku Ođzačko vrelo. Na podlagi meritev pretoka na vodotoku Ođzačko vrelo je načrtovana mala hidroelektrarna. Poleg samega načrtovanja majhne hidroelektrarne so opisani tudi pogoji za izgradnjo tovrstnih hidroelektrarn v Črni gori in možnosti sofinanciranja proizvodnje električne energije z obnovljivimi viri. Del diplomske naloge je namenjen tako ekološkim predpisom kot tudi analizi ekonomske upravičenosti izgradnje male hidroelektrarne Ođzačko vrelo.

Secondary abstract: In this diploma thesis, I have presented the hydro meteorological potential of Montenegro, exploitation of water resources of Montenegrin rivers to produce electricity. The northern parts of Montenegro as well as small streams in the municipality of Pljevlja are discussed in detail; however, the main focus lies on the stream Ođzačko vrelo. Based on the flow measurements in the stream Ođzačko vrelo, a micro hydro electric power plant is planned. In addition to the planning, the construction conditions for micro hydro electric power plants in Montenegro are described as well as the possibilities of co-financing of power through renewable energy sources. A part of the diploma thesis deals with the ecological regulations as well as the economic viability analysis of the construction of the micro hydro electric power plant Ođzačko vrelo.
