Abstract

Robot za reševanje deluje v okolju, ki ima visoko tveganje (popotresni sunki, razrahljane stavbe …), zato mora imeti visoko stopnjo avtonomije tudi v primeru okvare posameznih naprav robota (senzorjev …). To lahko dosežemo z vgradnjo sistema za diagnostiko, ki temelji na zaznavanju napajanja in meritvah tokov posameznih naprav robota. V diplomskem delu je opisan način umerjanja tokovnih vej diagnostične kartice, izpeljava enačbe za izpis vrednosti toka posamezne merilne veje in načrtovanje razširitve diagnostične kartice s pomočjo dodatnega krmilnika ter analogno-digitalnega pretvornika PCF8591P.

Secondary title: Extension of diagnostic board for rescue robot
Secondary abstract: A rescue robot operates in high-risk environments (aftershocks, insecure buildings, etc.) and therefore has to have a high level of autonomy, even in the event of failure of its individual devices (sensors and such). This can be achieved by installing a diagnostics system sensing the power supply and measuring the current in the individual devices of the robot. This thesis describes the method of calibrating the current branches of the diagnostic board, the derivation of the equation for displaying the currents of individual measurement branches, and the designing of a diagnostic board expanded by an additional controller and an analog-to-digital converter PCF8591P.
