Abstract
Kadar govorimo o spletnem trgovanju, imamo v mislih nakupovanje na spletnih dražbah ali v spletnih trgovinah. Število spletnih trgovin v zadnjem času raste, poznamo pa trgovine, ki obstajajo samo na spletu in trgovine, ki obstajajo tudi kot klasične prodajalne. Zavedati se moramo, da spletne trgovine ne prinašajo zgolj samo prednosti, ampak tudi nekaj slabosti. S kakovostnim spletnim mestom lahko male spletne trgovine konkurirajo velikim, že uveljavljenim trgovcem. Tudi spletne knjigarne za svoje delovanje ne potrebujejo veliko kapitala in velikih količin zalog, zaupati morajo le svojim dobaviteljem. Kot slabost pa štejemo dejstvo, da omenjene prednosti pomagajo pri poslovanju tudi konkurentom. Poleg tega imajo kupci veliko moč pri odločanju kje opraviti nakup, saj lahko brez težav pregledajo ponudbo in cene vseh spletnih knjigarn. Zato je pomembno, da izkoristimo vse prednosti, ki jih ponuja splet in ustvarimo dobro spletno mesto, kjer pokažemo strankam kaj ponujamo.

Secondary abstract: |
E-commerce refers to shopping online. Lately the number of online stores has increased. There are online stores which only exist on the Internet and those which also operate as traditional stores. Small online stores with high-quality websites can easily compete with large, well established traders. Online bookstores also don't require large amount of capital and inventory, which is an important advantage. But there is also a downside when it comes to online shopping. Previously mentioned advantages can also be used by their competition. And in addition, customers have a lot of power in deciding where to shop and they can easily browse Internet for best offers and prices. It is therefore very important to take advantage of all the benefits Internet can offer and create a good website to attract more customers. |
