Abstract

Pozitivno vzdušje in prijetno delovno okolje je želja vsakega zaposlenega na njegovem delovnem mestu. Prav ti dve lastnosti privedejo do tega, da je na delovnem mestu zadovoljen in maksimalno učinkovit, kar pa je cilj vsakega vodje in managementa. Torej lahko rečemo, da je naloga vodstva, da se trudi vzpostavljati čim bolj ugodno organizacijsko klimo in zadovoljstvo pri delu. Organizacijsko klimo in zadovoljstvo pri delu smo proučevali na primeru organizacije Slovenske železnice, d. o. o., kjer smo anketirali 60 naključno izbranih zaposlenih. Tem smo razdelili anketne vprašalnike, na katerih so označili stopnjo strinjanja s posamezno trditvijo. Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz štirih delov, od katerih prvi in drugi del prikazujeta teoretične opredelitve organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva zaposlenih in njihov vpliv na uspešnost podjetja. V tretjem delu smo prikazali rezultate raziskave, ki smo jo opravili med zaposlenimi v podjetju, ki ga proučujemo. Zadnji del pa je sestavljen iz priporočil in predlogov za izboljšanje organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva.

Secondary abstract: Positive work atmosphere and pleasant work environment are everyone’s wish at one’s workplace. Exactly these two characteristics lead to complete satisfaction and efficiency – to the goal of every leader and management. Therefore, the main job of management is to provide the most favorable organizational climate and satisfaction at work. Organizational climate and satisfaction at work were studied within an organization Slovenske železnice, d. o. o.; sixty employees were chosen coincidentally and interviewed. Questionnaires were distributed and level of approval was labeled. The master degree thesis includes four parts. The first and the second one present theoretical definitions of the organizational climate, satisfaction at work and their influence on successfulness of a company. The third part presents results of the research, carried out among the employees of our company. The last part of the dissertation consists of recommendations and proposals in order to improve organizational climate and satisfaction.
