Abstract

Organizacija si s sistematičnim razvojem zaposlenih, zagotavljanjem primernejše usposobljenosti za delo, prispevkom k motivaciji zaposlenih in izboljšanju vsakovrstnih notranjih in zunanjih dejavnikov zagotavlja svoj prihodnji razvoj in perspektivo. Razvoj zaposlenih je torej eden ključnih procesov, ki služijo uresničevanju vizije in ciljev organizacije v nenehno spreminjajočem se okolju. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili razvoj kadrov. Opredelili smo pojem, vlogo razvoja in delovna področja, v nadaljevanju pa smo se osredotočili na različne pristope k razvoju kadrov, kjer smo si natančneje pogledali izobraževanje, usposabljanje, nagrajevanje, napredovanje in razvoj karier. Predstavili smo tudi letni razgovor in letno ocenitev delavcev v Banki X. V raziskovalnem delu smo prikazali rezultate ankete izvedene v Banki X, v zvezi z zadovoljstvom delavcev na delovnem mestu, z njihovimi možnostmi po dodatnemu izobraževanju oz. usposabljanju ter napredovanju. Te rezultate smo primerjali s panogo Bank in zavarovalnic z namenom, da si lažje predstavljamo kako uspešna je Banka X pri samem razvoju kadrov. Izvedli smo tudi intervju z vodjo kadrovske službe, ki nam je obrazložila potek izobraževanja, napredovanja in premeščanja delavcev. S pomočjo te metode smo dobili tudi jasnejšo predstavo glede letnega ocenjevanja posameznika v organizaciji. V zaključnem delu smo podali ugotovitve, do katerih smo prišli tekom raziskave in navedli predloge, za katere menimo, da bi jih Banka X morala upoštevati, če želi v prihodnje obdržati perspektivni kader, ki je ključ do uspešnega in učinkovitega delovanja vsake organizacije.

Secondary abstract: Progress and further perspective of an organization can be ensured by a systematic development of human resources, suitable work qualification, and contribution to an overall motivation of employees. Moreover, one of the most important factors of further development is improving various inner and outer factors. The development of human resources is therefore one of the key processes that enable the realization of visions and specific aims of an organization. Diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical part and research work. In the theoretical part human resources development is introduced. The concept, function of the development and fields of work are defined. Furthermore, we focused on different approaches to human resources development, such as education, training, stimulation, promotion and career development. An annual interview and evaluation of employees in Bank X are also presented. In the research work results of questionnaires carried out in Bank X on satisfaction of employees and their possibilities of additional education, training or promotion are shown and analyzed. The results are compared with other banks and insurance companies to get a better view of the actual success of Bank X in the field of human resources development. We have interviewed a manager of human resources department and got exhaustive information on the process of education, promotion and reorganization of employees. With this method we gained information on annual evaluation of every individual in an organization. In the conclusion actual findings gained in the research and possible suggestions, considered as necessary for Bank X to take into account in order to keep a perspective human resources department in the future, are provided.
