Izvajanje e-izobraževanja na Inštitutu za računovodstvo

Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sem raziskala, kakšno je zadovoljstvo uporabnikov e-izobraževanj, ki jih ponuja Inštitut za računovodstvo. Raziskava je bila izvedena s pomočjo ankete, ki je potekala v spletnem okolju, s katero so bile pridobljene pomembne informacije s strani uporabnikov e-izobraževanja. Anketa je bila poslana samo udeležencem v izvedenih e-izobraževanjih. Izdelana je bila tudi analiza merjenja zadovoljstva oziroma nezadovoljstva izvedenega e-izobraževanja, ugotovljeni so bili vzroki in pomanjkljivosti ter priložnosti za izboljšave e-izobraževanja Inštituta za računovodstvo.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma thesis I investigated the satisfaction of the users of e-learning courses offered by Inštitut za računovodstvo (The Institute of Accounting). The survey took place in an online environment and relevant information from the users of e-learning has been obtained. The survey was sent only to the participants of implemented e-learning courses. An analysis of the assessed custumer satisfaction and dissatisfaction concerning their experience in e-learning has been carried out; causes and weaknesses as well as opportunities for the improvement of e-education learning courses by Inštitut za računovodstvo (The Institute of Accaunting) have been identified.
