Abstract
Primerjava zaznavanja kakovosti med Fakulteto za organizacijske vede Univerze v Mariboru in Fakulteta za organizaciju i informatiku Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Osnovni problem diplomske naloge je raziskati kakšna je kakovost študija posameznih fakultetah, ter kako študenti doživljajo svoj študij. Za raziskavo smo izbrali dve sorodni fakulteti po študijskem programu, ki se nahajata v različnih okoljih v dveh različnih državah.
Študenti na FOV so v večji meri zadovoljni z organizacijo fakultete in odnosi med študenti in profesorji, ter imajo manjše stroške študija. Študenti na FOI so boljše ocenili imidž fakultete v zunanjem okolju fakultete in uporabnost znanja, ki ga pridobijo na fakulteti, ampak niso zadovoljni ker imajo prevelike stroške študija in s slabo organizacijo fakultete. Fakultete so na ostalih področjih ki smo jih raziskovali dokaj podobne in ni večjih razlik.

Secondary abstract: |
A comparison study between the quality of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Maribor and Faculty of Organization and Informatics, University of Zagreb. The basic problem is to investigate how does individual faculties functions about the quality of the study and how they students think and experience their studies. We chose to do study on the two related faculties which the academic program is similar but the location of faculties is in different environments in two different countries.
Students in the FOV are largely more satisfied with the organization of faculty and relations between students and professors, and they have lower cost of study. Students at FOI are better assessing faculty image in the external environment of faculty and apply the knowledge acquired by the faculty. But they are not satisfied with they costs of study, they think that the study on the FOI is too expensive and they think that the faculty organization is poor. Faculties are on other areas quite similar and there is a not significant differences. |
