diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
Ljudje so osnovna komponenta vsakega podjetja. Brez pravih ljudi podjetje ne more dobro delovati. »Pravi ljudje« pa niso nujno najdražji, najbolj izobraženi, najbolj kvalificirani, zato igra pomembno vlogo primerna izbira ljudi glede na cilje in strategijo podjetja. V izbiro sodelavcev je zato potrebno vložiti veliko truda, časa, znanja in potrpljenja, pri čemer si pomagamo z različnimi metodami. Odločitev o tem, katero metodo bomo uporabili, je odvisna od številnih dejavnikov in je ključnega pomena za uspešen izbor.
V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali postopke pridobivanja kadrov v podjetju AT d.o.o. in v Agenciji za posredovanje kadrov. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na teoretični in na praktični del. V teoretičnem delu smo obravnavali osnove pridobivanja in selekcije kadrov in opisali najpogosteje uporabljene metode. Pregledali smo domačo in tujo literaturo ter zapiske in članke s področja kadrovskega managementa. V empiričnem delu naloge smo na kratko predstavili obravnavano podjetje in Agencijo za posredovanje kadrov. Nadalje smo analizirali postopek pridobivanja in selekcije kadrov v podjetju in agenciji. S pomočjo intervjuja dveh kadrovikov smo analizirali postopek izbora za dva različna poklica in nato izvedli medsebojno primerjavo. Zanimala nas je razlika med izborom nižjih in višjih kadrov znotraj podjetja in znotraj agencije, predvsem pa primerjava med metodami, ki jih uporabljajo za izbor kadrov. Na podlagi raziskave, ki smo jo podprli s teoretičnimi ugotovitvami, smo nato izvedli kritično analizo in podali predloge za izboljšanje stanja.

Employees are the basic component of each company. Without the right people a company cannot function well. The right people are not necessarily most highly paid, most educated, most skilled ones. However, they are the most appropriate choice according to the objectives and business strategy of a company. Therefore, the process of selecting such people requires a lot of effort, expertise and patience. In doing so, we can use different methods. Deciding upon a method depends on many factors and is essential for successful selection.
We have investigated the acquisition of human resources in AT Ltd and in Agency to provide personnel in this thesis. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we discussed the basics of production, selection of personnel, followed by descriptions of most commonly used methods. We have reviewed domestic and foreign literature, notes and articles in the field of human resource management. In the empirical part we have discussed in brief the company and the Agency to provide staff. Furthermore, we analysed the production process and selection of personnel in the company and in the Agency. We have conducted interviews with two people working in human resource department and analysed the selection process of two different professions after which we conducted mutual comparison. We were interested in the comparison between methods used by the selection of staff. Based on the survey, which was supported with the theoretical findings, we performed a critical analysis and made suggestions for improvement |
