diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
V osemdesetih letih prejšnjega stoletja Slovenija skorajda ni poznala brezposelnosti. Delovnih mest je bilo dovolj, čeprav v nekaterih panogah ni bilo dela za vse. S prehodom v tržno gospodarstvo in prestrukturiranjem podjetij pa se je pojavilo veliko število presežnih delavcev. Svoje je dodala še izguba jugoslovanskih trgov, ki je povzročila niz stečajev nekaterih velikih podjetij, zato se je brezposelnost zelo hitro povečala. Brezposelnost je dan danes velik problem, zato se ga je treba lotiti načrtovano. Uveljavljati in razvijati se je začela aktivna politika zaposlovanja, ki je v veliki meri pripomogla k ublažitvi gospodarske in socialne krize iz začetka devetdesetih let in v današnjih časih recesije.

In the eighties Slovenia hardly knew what is unemployment. Posts was sufficient, although in some industries could not work for all. With the transition to a market economy and restructuring of enterprises, the appearance of large numbers of surplus workers. With loss of Yugoslav markets, which led to a series of bankruptcies of some large enterprises, unemployment has increased very rapidly. Unemployment is a big problem these days, therefore his resolved must be planned. Active employment policy was starting promoted and developed, which has largely contributed to mitigating the economic and social crisis in the early nineties and in today's times of recession. |
