Abstract

Družinska podjetja predstavljajo posebnost v podjetniškem svetu. Element družinskosti jih namreč dela edinstvene in jim kot odločilen notranji dejavnik predstavlja tako potencialno prednost kot tudi slabost. Ta posebnost in kompleksna prepletenost sistemov družine in podjetja se odraža tudi kot pomemben vplivni dejavnik vodenja in upravljanja podjetja ter planiranja razvoja podjetja, kar je tudi jedro naše raziskave. Obravnavo podjetja Siltech, d. o. o., smo utemeljili na MER modelu managementa, pri proučitvi elementa družinskosti podjetja in vpliva le-tega na razvoj podjetja pa smo so osredotočili tudi na model razvoja družinskih podjetij. Izsledke raziskav in ugotovitve, izhajajoče iz različnih teoretskih pristopov, smo združili z dognanji proučitve izbranega podjetja in njegovih notranjih ter zunanjih, okoljskih dejavnikov ter pripravili plan razvoja proučevanega družinskega podjetja za naslednjih pet let delovanja.

Secondary title: Particularities of development planning in a selected family enterpise
Secondary abstract: Family firms represent a special feature in the entrepreneurial world. The family factor makes them unique and represents a crucial internal factor, which can work either to the firm's advantage or its disadvantage. This peculiarity and the complex intertwinement of the two systems: the family and the company, is also reflected as an influential factor of leadership and management of the family firm, as well as a factor in the process of planning the firm's development. The latter is also the focus of our research. Analysis of the selected company Siltech d. o. o. is based on the MER model of management. Alongside the analysis of the family component and its influence on firm's development we also focused on the analysis of different theoretical models of the development of family firms. The outcomes of the research, together with the findings of diverse theoretical approaches to the matter, were combined with the results of the analysis of the selected family firm and its internal as well as external, environmental, factors and finally united in the form of a five-year development plan for the Siltech d. o. o. family firm.
