Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena izdelava 6-gnezdnega orodja za brizganje kočnika bovdena. Izdelave orodja sem lotil po stopnjah, najprej sem pregledal dokumentacijo z tehničnimi zahtevami, ki nam jo je poslal naročnik orodja. Nato je sledilo; snovanje orodja, modeliranje, priprava delavniških risb, izdelava sestavnih delov, sestava orodja, brizganje izdelkov in nazadnje kontrola kakovosti, ki je morala ustrezati vsem zahtevam. Pri sami izdelavi orodja ni bilo večjih težav, le nekaj manjših zadev, ki smo jih kasneje uspešno odpravili. Orodje se nahaja pri naročniku, kjer deluje brezhibno.

Secondary title: The construction of the injection tool for bowden end part
Secondary abstract: This thesis describes the production of the 6-nest molding tool used for injecting the bowden end part. I tackled the construction of the tools in stages, beginning by reviewing the documents with technical requirements, that were sent to us by the buyer of the tools. That stage was followed by; designing the tools, modelling, preparation of the construction drawings, construction of needed components, assembling the tools, injecting the products and finally the quality control that had to meet all of the requirements. We stumbled upon no major obstacles while assembling the tools, except for a few minor issues that were later successfully resolved. The tool is now located at the buyers, where it operates flawlessly.
