Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo proučevali možnosti uporabe informacijskih tehnologij v gradbenih podjetjih. V teoretičnem delu naloge smo najprej predstavili najpomembnejša poslovna področja, ki jih lahko zasledimo v gradbenih podjetjih. Nato smo za vsako posamezno področje proučili možnosti optimizacije z implementacijo ustreznih informacijskih tehnologij. Zaokrožen pregled informacijskih orodij, ki so gradbenim podjetjem na voljo, smo v nadaljevanju uporabili kot osnovo za praktični del magistrskega dela. V praktičnem delu smo proučevali poslovanje konkretnega gradbenega podjetja. Glede na predhodno zastavljena teoretična izhodišča, smo analizirali trenutno stanje po poslovnih področjih. Na podlagi ugotovljenega smo nato oblikovali predloge za optimizacijo poslovanja z implementacijo ustreznih informacijskih tehnologij. V zadnjem delu magistrskega dela smo analizirali trende in smernice razvoja informacijskih tehnologij v prihodnosti ter možnosti njihove vpeljave v poslovanje gradbenih podjetij.

Secondary abstract:	In this thesis, we studied the possibility of using information technology in construction companies. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we first present the most important business areas, found in construction companies. Then we have studied the possibility of optimizing individual business areas by the implementation of appropriate information technologies. Overview of the identified information tools that are available to construction companies was used as the basis for the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part we analyzed construction company. According to the previously established theoretical frameworks, we then analyzed the current state of the individual business areas. Based on our findings, we then develop proposals for optimizing operations through the implementation of appropriate information technologies. In the last part of the thesis, we analyze the trends and directions of development of information technologies in the future and the possibility of their introduction into the construction business.
