Tehnične rešitve prenosa 110 kV stikališč Dravskih elektrarn Maribor na sistemskega operaterja

Abstract

V magistrskem delu je obravnavana aktualna problematika prenosa 110 kV stikališč, ki so trenutno v lasti in upravljanju proizvodnega podjetja Dravske elektrarne Maribor, k sistemskemu operaterju prenosnega omrežja ELES. V uvodnem delu je opravljen kratek zgodovinski pregled izgradnje elektrarn na reki Dravi ter opisano stanje pripadajočih stikališč. V nadaljevanju so navedene zakonske podlage, ki pogojujejo spremembo lastništva. Kot aktualna problematika je posebej obdelana potrebna zamenjava visokonapetostne opreme na 110 kV stikališču HE Formin. Opravljen je izračun kratkostičnih tokov ter dimenzioniranje opreme. V posebnem poglavju je obravnavana problematika ločitve sekundarnih sistemov, ki so potrebni za obratovanje stikališč. Prav tako je opravljena analiza vpliva na zanesljivost obratovanja, v zaključnem delu naloge pa je izdelana še stroškovna ocena potrebnih posegov.

Secondary abstract:	The master thesis discusses topical issues of the transfer of 110 kV switching substations that are at present in the ownership of and operated by the electric power generation company Dravske elektrarne Maribor, to the operator of the Slovenian electric power transmission system ELES. The introductory part presents a short historical overview of the construction of power plants on the Drava River and describes the condition of the pertaining switching substations. In the continuation, the legal basis for the change of ownership is given. As a specific topical issue, the required replacement of the HV equipment in the 110 kV switching substation of the Formin HPP is discussed. A calculation of short-circuit currents and dimensioning of the equipment is carried out. In a separate chapter, the issue of the separation of secondary systems that are required for the operation of the switching substations , is discussed. Further, an analysis of impacts on the reliability of operation is performed. The closing part contains a cost estimate of the required activities.
