Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je bil zbrati končne vrednosti testne baterije gibalne učinkovitosti za čimvečje število različnih športnih panog in z njimi postaviti normativne vrednosti za posamezen šport. Ravno tako je bil cilj pridobiti povprečne ocene posameznih testov in za najslabše točkovani test pripraviti slikovno gradivo ter program korekcijskih vaj. V uvodnem delu smo opisali praktično uporabo sistema gibalne učinkovitosti, razložili ocenjevalne kriterije, navedli, katere ocenjevalne pripomočke za izvedbo testa potrebujemo, ter opisali vseh sedem testnih nalog. Sledil je pregled domačih in tujih objav, kjer smo pridobili normativne vrednosti za 16 različnih športov (aikido, ameriški nogomet, atletiko, boks, brazilski jiu-jitsu, galski nogomet, hokej na ledu, hurling, judo, nogomet, ples (hip-hop), rokomet in taekwondo). Najnižjo vrednost smo pridobili za taekwondo (13,1 točk) in najvišjo za aikido (17,8 točk). Z zbiranjem ocen posameznih testov smo ugotovili, da se športniki najslabše odrežejo pri testu dviga rok in nog iz opore klečno. Za najpogostejše kompenzacije testa smo na koncu pripravili še korekcijske vaje in slikovno gradivo.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to collect the final values of FMS tests for as many sports as possible and set the normative value for each sport individually. Another goal was to acquire the avarage score of individual tests and prepare a program with corrective exercises for the ones that were scored the worst. In the introductory part we described the practical use of FMS tests and explained the evaluation criteria. We stated which evaluation accessories we need to carry out the test and described all seven test exercises. Review of the literature gave us the normative values for 16 different sports (aikido, american football, athletics, boxing, brazilian jiu-jitsu, galic football, ice hockey, hurling, judo, football, hip-hop, handball and taekwondo). Resources claim that the lowest value was set for taekwondo (13,1 points) and the highest for aikido (17,8 points). By collecting the raitings of individual tests we have found that athletes have trouble with implementation of rotatory stability exercise. In the final part of this diploma thesis we prepared a program that includes corrective exercises for the most common compensation movements. For easier presentation the program is supported by photographs. |
