Vpliv spleta in spletnih socialnih omrežij na produkcijo dramskih in televizijskih serij

Abstract

S procesom globalizacije in dobo informacijske družbe je svetovni splet postal razširjena baza podatkov, ki se veča. Kar je nekoč bilo značilno za televizijo, lahko sedaj rečemo za internet: "Če te ni na internetu, ne obstajaš." Televizija predstavlja izjemno pomembno izkušnjo za številne ljudi, ki jo dnevno spremljajo. Ta izkušnja pa z digitalizacijo vsebin ni več omejena samo na televizijski zaslon v domačem okolju, saj jo lahko spremljamo prek pametnih telefonov, tablic in računalnikov, kjerkoli se nahajamo in imamo vzpostavljeno internetno povezavo. Z zlitjem televizije in internetne tehnologije se ustvarja nova uporabniška izkušnja spremljanja televizijskih vsebin, ki vpliva na produkcijo dramskih televizijskih serij in ustvarja nove oblike le-teh na spletu in spletnih socialnih omrežjih. Digitalizacija v ospredje postavlja uporabnika, kateremu omogoča, da aktivno sodeluje pri soustvarjanju vsebine, kar je na področju produkcije televizijske vsebine še kako pomembno spoznanje.

Secondary abstract:	The World Wide Web has been becoming the increasingly extended database as a consequence of information society and the process of globalization. The thing that used to be a characteristic for television has become characteristic for Internet: "If you are not online you do not exist." Television is a very important experience in the lives of many people who watch TV shows daily. This experience is not limited to the big screen at home anymore. Nowadays people can watch television on their smart phones, tablets and computers wherever they are and whenever they want. To have this experience on these devices, they need an internet connection. The fusion of television and internet technologies makes it possible for the audience to experience watching TV content in a different way. It has a strong impact on the production of TV drama series. What is more, it stimulates the development of new storytelling types like web series and storytelling on online social networks. Digitalization gives the audiences prominence and allows them to actively participate in co-creating stories. The mentioned finding has a very strong value for television networks.
