Abstract
V magistrskem delu bomo obravnavali problematiko izbire novih kadrov v podjetju. Razvili bomo model za pomoč pri odločanju izbire novih kadrov, kjer bomo upoštevali vse bistvene elemente razvoja kadrov. Pri izgradnji hierarhičnega modela kriterijev za izbiro novih kadrov se bomo osredotočili na tiste elemente, ki so ključni za izbor kandidata. Razvili bomo model, ki bo informacijsko podprt model s programom DEXi, programom za večparametrsko odločanje. Model bo pripomogel k takojšnjemu vpogledu, zakaj je med primernimi kandidati nek kandidat primernejši od drugega. Na konkretnem primeru bomo pokazali možnost uporabe informacijskih orodij v samem procesu zaposlovanja in pri selekcijskem postopku. Prikazati želimo takšen model, ki nam bo dal najbolj jasne in zanesljive rezultate. Model bomo aplicirali na konkretnem primeru. Poskusili bomo tudi ugotoviti, kako in na kakšen način izvesti vrednotenje in ocenjevanje ter kateri so tisti kriteriji, ki so pri oceni posameznih kandidatov najpomembnejši.
Nove sodelavce je potrebno izbrati po natančno določenih selekcijskih postopkih. Zato bomo izdelali model, ki nam bo pomagal pri selekciji, razporejanju in vrednotenju kadrov. S pomočjo modela bomo tako prišli do cilja, ki vključuje transparenten izbor kadra, vstop v delovni proces in nato stalno spremljanje razvoja izbranega kandidata.

In this Master's degree paper we are going to deal with the problem of choosing new staff in a company. We are going to develop a model to help us choose new staff, where we will consider all basic staff development elements. In building a hierarchical model of the criteria for the selection of new staff, we are going to focus on those elements that are key to the selection of a candidate. We are going to develop a model, which will be IT supported by the information programme, DEXi, a programe for multiparameter decision-making. The model will contribute to immediate access to why some of the candidates are more appropriate than the others. In this specific case we will show the possibility of use of information tools in the very recruiting and selection process. We want to show the model that will give us the clearest and most reliable results. The model will be applied in the case. We will also try to determine how and in what way to carry out evaluation and assessment, and what criteria are the most important in the evaluation of the individual candidates.
It is necessary to choose new candidates according to specified selection procedures. That is why we are going to make a model which will help us in selecting, organising and evaluating of human resources. With the help of this model we are going to achieve the objectives of transparent selection of candidates, their entrance into the working process and a continuous monitoring of the selected candidate. |
