Provokacijski testi kardiovaskularnega sistema s sekvenčno kompresijo venskega pretoka

Abstract

Zdravljenje s tekočinami je eden najpogostejših načinov zdravljenja kritično bolnih. Za pravilno uporabo tekočin pri zdravljenju bolnikov, ki imajo znake nezadostne preskrbe tkiv s hranili in kisikom, je treba oceniti polnitev srca. Polnitev je tista, ki zagotavlja zadosten pretok, ki ga dosežemo z nadomeščanjem tekočin, s katerimi povečamo žilni volumen in minutni iztis srca.

Secondary abstract:	Fluid treatment is one of the most common treatments of critically ill patients. For the proper use of fluids in the treatment of patients with signs of insufficient nutrients and oxygen supply to the tissues, it is necessary to evaluate the filling of the heart. The filling provides sufficient blood flow by fluid replacement, which leads to the increase of intravascular volume and cardiac output.
