Diplomsko delo se nanaša na raziskave, ki so bile v preteklosti narejene na temo zaupanja v revizorje računovodskih izkazov. V delu povzemam rezultate štirih raziskav in en komentar na to temo. Vseh pet člankov je delo avtorjev, ki delujejo v Združenih državah Amerike in preverjajo zaupanje v revizorje računovodskih izkazov v njihovi državi
