Abstract

Izvedena prototipna implementacija omogoča popolni nadzor nad procesom in interaktivni tok aktivnosti.

Secondary title: Case study of the introduction of a process approach in the slovenian forest service
Secondary abstract: The master paper discusses a case study of implementing the process approach in the public institution Slovenia Forest Service (SFS). We examined business processes with criteria to identify the most critical business process. We conducted the analysis, modelling, and simulation of selected business process using the Bizagi tool. On the test level we fully implemented the selected process. With the simulation, we found out that the implemented process approach reduces costs and processing time, it improves flexibility and systematic implementation of the process. Carried implementation allows complete control over the existing process and the interactive activity flow.
